coy99 accepts deposits through authorized Indonesian banking methods including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

All bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.

A bet is not valid until confirmed by the coy99 system and a unique bet ID is generated and displayed in your account history. coy99 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or palpable mistakes in odds.
In the event of obvious errors in odds display (e.g., decimal odds of 100.00 when the correct odds should be 1.50), coy99 reserves the right to void affected bets even after the event has concluded. Customers are expected to recognize obviously incorrect odds and understand that such errors do not create valid binding contracts.
All sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). Results are typically confirmed within 24 hours of event conclusion. Bets on abandoned or postponed events are voided unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
For live in-play betting, there may be brief delays in bet acceptance while odds are adjusted based on match action. Bets placed after a relevant incident (goal, red card, etc.) but before odds update may be voided at coy99's discretion.
All casino games including slots, table games, and live dealer games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical equipment in the case of live games. coy99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or any prohibited activity listed in Section 8. Upon account closure for terms violation, all funds may be forfeited and any pending withdrawals canceled.
For accounts closed due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns, any remaining legitimate funds will be returned after applicable processing periods.
